What this campaign does
Long walks to unsafe water cost families time, health and school attendance. CharityHand's water and sanitation work installs or repairs water points, supports household and school sanitation, and trains community committees so the infrastructure keeps working after the project ends.

Questions donors ask
- How is my donation processed?
- Payments are completed on the Charity Hand payment page hosted by Jjuma Global at pay.jjuma.com over HTTPS. No card or mobile money details are entered on or stored by charityhand.org.
- Can I give monthly instead?
- Yes. Choose "Give monthly" in the donation flow. Monthly gifts can be changed or cancelled at any time by emailing info@charityhand.org.
- How do I get a receipt?
- A payment confirmation is emailed to the address you enter on the payment page. If it does not arrive, request it from the thank-you page or email info@charityhand.org with the date, amount and payment reference.
- Where can I see how funds are used?
- Our transparency page sets out governance, reporting and how programme spending is accounted for. Audited financial figures are published there once available.
